I was like, wow, you didn't thank me for my business. I was buying some chips and a soda and another customer was checking in who was also a Gold Elite member and she thanked him for his business. So any semblance of hospitality I felt, quickly disappeared. The young girl who checked me in was nice and I engaged her just as enthusiastically but then later when I returned to the hotel it was like she had never seen me before. My disappointment lay in one, the lobby staff although they appeared to be friendly and welcoming seemed to be just playing the part. It's nice to have separate living spaces when on travel. And the room had several stains in the bathroom but, I like the layout of these hotels. The hallway floors are very weirdly slanted so that was a bit odd.
